Hi Jakob,

Normally, this information can be found in the gap database table using 
the Table Browser (see this FAQ: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQtracks.html#tracks20). However, the gap 
track for this assembly only contains one centromere annotation that is 
not on chr 2. You can try contacting the data provider for more 
information, please see 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/credits.html#zebrafinch_credits.
