Good Morning Oriane:

This is an interesting mix of Ensembl versions.

The hg18 assembly (NCBI36) was last used in Ensembl in their version 54.
At that time, this gene CNTN3 was identified in Ensembl with their
identifier: ENSG00000113805 and transcript ID: ENST00000394261
The UCSC gene track in hg18 refers to the Ensembl gene via the
transcript ID: ENST00000394261, however, the link from the hg18 UCSC
gene track goes to the current version of the Ensembl browser version 63
which is the human assembly GRCh37.
In the Ensembl version 63, the transcript ID: ENST00000394261
is now associated with the Ensembl gene identifier: ENSG00000134115
which is CNTN6. The Ensembl version 63 CNTN3 gene identifer ENSG00000113805
is now associated with transcript ID: ENST00000263665

I would recommend working with the current human assembly version hg19
for current versions of the gene identifiers.
