Sorry about this message. i just found this content in the README file:

Load your database table with the command:
        hgBbiDbLink hg19 myLocalBamTrack /gbdb/hg19/bbi/myLocalFile.bam
    Your index file is also there:  /gbdb/hg19/bbi/myLocalFile.bai
    These path names can also be URLs to an external .bam file (and .bai)
    use that table name: myLocalBamTrack as the name on your track line:
    track myLocalBamTrack
    type bam
