I would like to achieve something similar to what is possible in GBrowse where you can enter genomic coordinates and that region will show as translucent grey shading between those coordinates. Importantly for me, this can be coded into the URL used to access the genome browser. Please could you tell me if it's possible to achieve something similar within the UCSC browser. Thank you, Kie _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
