Hi Sascha,

We recommend that you try our search tool:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/ENCODE/search.html. You can reference all the
planned antibodies and their targets to narrow down
the data of interest by using the Registered Antibodies List:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/ENCODE/antibodies.html.

We hope you find this useful. If you have further questions, please
contact the mailing list: [email protected].

Subject: [Genome] Human Chip-Seq data: List of Chiped TFs
To: [email protected]

To whom it may concern,

thank you for the great presentation of the human ENcode TF chip-Seq data. I
just could not find a list of the TF analysed so I may also be able to get
an impression which TFs were not analysed or which ones may not bind to the
promoter of interest.

Thx in advance,

Sascha
