Hi Xinwei, We don't yet have an estimated time-frame for the release of this track, but it is currently in the early stages of development.
When it is released you will see it listed in our release log: http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/releaseLog.html. You can also check our genome-preview site (http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu/) every once in a while to see if it has been added. Genome-preview allows users to preview tracks before they have been through our quality assurance process. Because genome-preview contains pre-release data, please use discretion when using and viewing data this site as it may still be undergoing changes and improvements.
