Hi Charlotte, I have no expertise on using the ModBase site, but I clicked around a bit and I did find a link to the image you are looking for on the PDB website (for more information, see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Protein_Data_Bank):
http://www.pdb.org/pdb/explore/explore.do?pdbId=3lxp If you click on the image, there is an option to download it. This looks like a higher resolution image than the one supplied on the UCSC Genome Browser. Here is their usage policy: http://www.pdb.org/pdb/static.do?p=general_information/about_pdb/policies_references.html If you have further questions about the images on PDB, you will need to contact them directly: http://www.pdb.org/pdb/home/contactUs.do Good luck with your publication. -- Brooke Rhead UCSC Genome Bioinformatics Group On 09/07/11 01:21, Charlotte Deijenberg wrote: > Hi again! > > The picture is published on this link: > > http://genome.cse.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGene?org=Human&hgg_chrom=none&hgg_type= > knownGene&hgg_gene=uc002moc.3 > > rgds > Charlotte Deijenberg > > -----Opprinnelig melding----- > Fra: Brooke Rhead [mailto:[email protected]] > Sendt: 7. september 2011 01:36 > Til: [email protected] > Kopi: [email protected] > Emne: Picture? - Urgent > > Hi Charlotte, > > The image you sent appears to be the one displayed on the UCSC Genes details > page, and it comes from ModBase.
