Hi, I am wondering if I can obtain repeatmasked Reference mRNA sequence all through the table browser. I know I can download RefSeq and it seems to me repeatmasking coordinates are on the table as well. I am wondering if I can join the two datasets and download repeatmasked refseq without writing any scripts.
