Hello, I've encountered two possible bugs with hubs, or perhaps I'm just doing something wrong: any help would be appreciated.
My test hub is here: http://cancan.cshl.edu/labmembers/gordon/hubs/hubtest1/hub.txt and it passes the 'hubCheck' without errors. -1- The hub contains a BigBed track for human, loaded with "visibility=pack" and "itemRgb=On". The intervals are in these coordinates: chr21:33043300-33104500 . The BigBed track is displayed in black, and the intervals are displayed as "bed 3" (i.e. not showing exon/intron structure). If I load the exact same file as a custom track, the intervals are shown in color, and with exon/intron structure: track type=bigBed name=BigBedDirectLinkTest itemRgb=On visibility=3 bigDataUrl=http://cancan.cshl.edu/labmembers/gordon/hubs/hubtest1/hg19/hg19.bigbed -2- The hub contains 4 genomes: hg19,mm9,dm3,rn4 (in that order). If my current genome is "human" and I load the hub, all is fine (including switching to Rat genome, and the hub-tracks are available). If my current genome is "rat", loading the hub fails with: "requested hub at http://cancan.cshl.edu/labmembers/gordon/hubs/hubtest1/hub.txt does not have data for rn4" Regards, -gordon _______________________________________________ Genome maillist - [email protected] https://lists.soe.ucsc.edu/mailman/listinfo/genome
