Dear ucsc, Hello, I am trying to use TRANSFAC data in ucsc. So, I downloaded the "tfbsConsFactors" and "tfbsConsSites".
I want to find the relationship between TF and TF target genes. However these files have relationship between TF and chromosomal location of TF target. Where can I find the relationship between TF and TF target genes?
