Hi, Lizzy!

from kent/src/hg/makeDb/trackDb/README:

o scoreMin, scoreMax - sets the range used to color the track if
colored by score. Allows use of the whole color range when data
has scores with a smaller range than 0-1000.

Subject: [Genome] editing the range of useScore

Hi

I'm trying to upload custom tracks using useScore to shade the score of my
data. My data is currently in .gff format. My issue is that the output values
of my data are not in the range 0-1000, the data are much smaller and so
everything is coloured the palest shade. Is it possible to edit the range of
the scale for this process to allow me to show the range of my data and
identify regions of high intensity?

Thanks for any help/suggestions
Lizzy
