The colors for the ISCA Benign CNVs track (which was the one that was
changed) are black.

We have created several custom tracks from the ISCA CNV database for
use with the UCSC Genome Browser. Prior to yesterday the tracks
functioned correctly. After updating one of the tracks with new
information, the new track does not display correctly. Specifically the
RGB colors for the CNVs do not get displayed (screenshot_1), and
clicking on a CNV shows the error in the attached screenshot
(screenshot_2). The specific steps
I take in creating the tracks are:
1. Create the track file in the BED Detail format
2. Sort the BED Detail file according to the instructions from
bedToBigBed program
sort -k1,1 -k2,2n BED_Detail> BED_Detail_Sorted
3. Generate the BigBED file
bedToBigBed BED_Detail_Sorted chrom.sizes BigBED -as=ISCA_nstd37.as
4. Place the BigBED file in a web-accessible location
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong since this exact procedure worked
previously. I have attached some relevant files.
Viren
