I am not sure if this is the correct place to report errors.. but there are many many in the Decipher databases. For example,
I just entered : chrX:83620782-84141624 and all of the Decipher entries relate to chromosome 1 rather than X I just entered: chr18:46578692-46649148 a region on 18q including MRO as the genome browser correctly includes,, but Decipher has an overlapping deletion case that is deleted in 18p not 18q. The Decipher data base is a great resource but all of the errors greatly detract from its value. Thank you for your attention, And thank you for the terrific resource of the UCSC Genome Browser.....
