Dear UCSC, I'm currently a graduate student working on non-coding RNAs, especially long non-coding RNA. I would like to download a list of human non-coding RNA from UCSC database (with name, chromosome location, and function annotation if available). Can you please provide me some suggestions on how and where to download them? Thank you!
