Hi,
Could you please tell me step by step what to do to get to NOS3 (eNOS)
chromosome region, the part that codes for the protein (has a ref Seq), and
then mark the 1KB upstream of the first ATG (methionine, that is used in
translation to protein), and then make a primer for PCR sequencing.
It would be good to be able to do the reverse--design a primer way downstream
of the end of the gene and then try to PCR into somewhere in the middle or even
beginning of the gene.
