Is there still no liftOver solution for wiggle or BigWig tracks (specifically fixedStep)? Right now i convert BigWig to wig to bedgraph and then do liftOver and bedGraphToBigWig, but this process is cumbersome and I don't think the resulting bigwigs are as efficient as fixedStep ones.
