Hi Sa fei, I think you may be looking for the mRNA file (mrna.fa.gz) found here:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/rn4/bigZips/ It contains all of the rat (rn4) mRNAs found in genbank. Note that it may contain some that do not align to the genome.
