Hi Ashwin, The SNP (135) tracks are currently under development. We aren't sure when they will be released to the public site, but you can see a preview version of the data on our test server (genome-test.cse.ucsc.edu) for now (the tracks will be added to our genome-preview site on Friday night: http://genome-preview.ucsc.edu).
Since the much of the data on genome-test and genome-preview have not been through our quality review process, please use discretion when downloading and viewing data from either place as it may still be undergoing changes and improvements.
