Hi, Christelle! You are close to having it work.
After correcting the spelling of your chromosome to "chr18" and spelling chromosome itself correctly, it will almost work. In your previous example, you had also double-url-encoded things so that they were really: http://www.macrophages.com/BIW-2/DisplayUCSCTrack.action?chromosom=18&assembly=mm9&start=61265226&end=61290793 as you pointed out, corrected that should be this: http://www.macrophages.com/BIW-2/DisplayUCSCTrack.action?chromosome=chr18&assembly=mm9&start=61265226&end=61290793 and when that url is itself correctly SINGLY url-encoded, the whole thing will be: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=mm9&position=chr18%3A61265226-61290793&hgt.customText=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.macrophages.com%2FBIW-2%2FDisplayUCSCTrack.action%3Fchromosome%3Dchr18%26assembly%3Dmm9%26start%3D61265226%26end%3D61290793 As a colleague pointed out, you may be interested in our new Track Data Hubs feature. -Galt On 11/16/11 10:42, ROBERT Christelle wrote: > Dear UCSC genome browser team, > > Please note the # -- URL should have read as follows: > http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?db=mm9&position=chr18%3A61265226-61290793&hgt.customText=http://www.macrophages.com/BIW-2/DisplayUCSCTrack.action?chromosome=chr18&assembly=mm9&start=61265226&end=61290793 > > Thank you for your help. > > Christelle > > > On 16/11/2011 18:32, "ROBERT Christelle" <[email protected]> > wrote: > > Dear UCSC genome browser team, > > I would like to display custom ChIP-seq tracks stored as bigWig format.
