my name is Annette Wolf and I am a PhD student in Charité, Berlin in Germany. On your web page, I am searching for a tool, where I can see conserved motifs or sequencen for a transcriptionfactor in the promoter region of different genes. For example: I want to know whether the transcription factor NF-kappaB has a binding site in the promoter of its traget gene IL-10 and whether this binding site ist also present in the promoter region of this gene in Rat, Mouse, Horses and so on. My boss says you have such a tool on your website but unfortunately I cannot find it. Can you please help me?
