To whom it may concern, I was looking for 5-way MultiZ alignments for the BosTau6 (UMD3.1) cattle reference assembly but could only find pairwise genome alignments. Are the MultiZ alignments currently available? If so, will they be hosted on the BosTau6 annotation download page?
