Hi Fabrice,

I don't believe you can do what you're asking with the table browser. 
However, try accessing the data using mysql (see here: 
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download29) using the 
following:

       select qName,count(*) from all_mrna group by qName having count(*)>  1;
