Hi Jennifer, From our home page, click the Downloads link in the left navigation bar. Then click human. Scroll down to hg16 and click the liftOver files link. In there you'll see a file: hg16ToHg18.over.chain.gz -- which you can use with the command line version of the liftover tool.
