Hi, Galaxy MAF tool provides the capability to extract the alignments within a given genomic interval in a target genome. But the paper doesn't give any reference on previous tools on the extraction operation. I think that there should be other tools that can extract alignments. But I'm yet to find one. Does anybody know any other alignment extraction tools? Thanks!
