Hi I have downloaded the all_est table from ucsc ftp server, but I have some question about the meaning of several columns of the table. First, what is meaning of the qName field and what can I do with? Second, each row of a bin is an EST sequence that has mapped to the genome, or all the rows of a bin correspond to an identical EST sequence but different mapping result? Third, is the value of the tSize column size of the chromosome denoted by the tName? Thanks a lot.
