Hi, I wonder why mm9 chromosome's sizes are not the same in the UCSC? E.g., when I obtain sizes using UCSC tool 'fetchChromSizes' I get 121,850,000 for chr11. However, when I try to look on my data in the UCSC browser I get an error message: "chromEnd larger than chrom chr11 size (121843857 > 121843856)". Moreover, I want to mention that sizes from both UCSC sources differ not only between each other but also from the sizes of mm9 chrs in the pre-built M. musculus, UCSC mm9 Bowtie index (availablenon the Bowtie website).
