Hi Woody,

You can download your custom track by using the Table Browser tool.
Click on "Tables" from the blue navigation tool bar.

Select the appropriate drop downs for clade, genome, assembly.

Then select the following:

group: "Custom Tracks"
table: select the table that you are interested in.


output format: GTF - gene transfer format
output file: fileName that you want it saved to

Click on "get output".
