You may find our file search tool especially useful:

http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgFileSearch

For your example enter "OpenChrom Synth" in the "track name" field and 
select "H1-hESC" in the "Cell, tissue or DNA sample" field. Then, click 
on the folder icon to see all files related to that track. To access the 
download server directly, you can click on "downloads server" link near 
the top of the page.
