Hi Vidya, Another option that might interest you is Genome Graphs which will give you a line graph:

This can be done from the configuration page or by right clicking on on the gray mini buttons for the track in the image and going to the configure option for the track. To get to the points options, change Type of graph: from "bar" to "points". To get the image to look more like a line try changing Smoothing window: to "16". Hopefully that option helps!
