1) Earlier this week I was working in Genome browser (Mouse Genome) and after switching from displaying UCSC transcripts to Refseq and then back again, when I would download the PDF or PST, the order of the transcript track in relation to mu custom tracks was different than the display on GB. This happened on IE 8.0 as well as Firefox 9.0. To fix it I hid and then re-displayed the transcript track.
2) Last week, I was in IE browsing the same genome/UCSC/custom tracks.
