Dear UCSC, I am looking for a list of restriction sites and number of sites in the human genome. I want to digest a sample that contains human DNA with some mycobacterial DNA. Enzymes SWAI; PMEI and PACI very rarely cut the mycobacterial genome. I need to know if any or all of these 3 enzymes will fragment the human DNA leaving large mycobacterial fragments. Can you help.
