Hello,
I am converting a large amount of archived microarray data from Hg18 to Hg19
using LiftOver. Most of my data has been converted successfully, however ALL
of my data from Chr6 and Chr15 comes back #Deleted in new (313 records on
Chr6, 629 on Chr15). This seems strange, since the data includes a wide
variety of start and end positions, in various places on the chromosome.
Here's a sample:

I looked over the "dropped or changed" data track linked in the help archive,
but the missing/altered contigs don't seem to account for the Deleted results
I'm getting (perhaps for a few, but certainly not all). I've tried pasting in
data (individual and batched records) as well as uploading a txt file. Happy
to attach either file in its entirety if that would help. Thanks for your
assistance!
