Please see this previous announcement with regards to the coloring
scheme for CNV data:

It appears that the data you are looking at is using a non
standardized coloring scheme.


Here is an example of a track that conforms to the new CNV coloring scheme:

Dear Sir

I am now using Genome Browser to visualise the CNV data.  There are
different colors (dark red, red, green) indicating the CNV regions.
However, I am not sure the colors representing.  I could not find the
information from the web.  Would you mind suggesting me the indication
of the colors ?
