Hi Anusha,

Can you send us a session that contains an example of a custom track
that you are having this issue with so we can try to reproduce it on
our end?

Here is information on how to create a session:

Please reply to: [email protected] with your session link. Thanks!

To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]>

Hi,

I used the following track line to visualize bigwig file of negative
strand. It had negative values and hence I used altColor for
representing blue. The track is perfectly fine displaying the blue
color for the negative strand.

track type=bigWig name="m-" db=hg18 visibility=2
windowingFunction=maximum viewLimits=-100:0 autoScale=off
smoothingWindow=6 color=0,0,255 altColor=0,0,255
bigDataUrl=http://server:/Minus.bw

However, when I am trying to save it as PDF file, the blue color is
changed to pale blue. Could please help me in fixing this.

Best,
Anusha Nagari
