Thanks Luvina,
I understand that, but I want to delete them from within the script (not
by clicking). I have uploaded a number of track files on our server so I
want to delete all the previous custom tracks. Here's an example of one
of my track files: (at the beginning I want to add something like "hide
all custom tracks" and then load the new tracks)

track type=bedGraph name="10_PROMOTER-HLA-DRB5-1646770_verified"
description="neuroblastoma_verified_variations" visibility=full
color=0,0,0 altColor=200,0,0 priority=20 autoScale=off alwaysZero=on
maxHeightPixels=100:100:50 viewLimits=0:10
chr6    32606671    32606671    1
chr6    32606690    32606690    1
track type=bedGraph name="10_PROMOTER-HLA-DRB5-1646770_all"
