Hi Caroline, You may want to use the "selected fields from primary and related tables" output option in this case. From the Table Browser, make the following selections:
clade: Mammal genome: Human assembly: hg19 group: Variation and Repeats track: DGV Struct Var table: dgv region: click on "define region" then paste or upload a list of your regions of interest, click "submit" output format: selected fields from primary and related tables Click "get output" and this will allow you to select the columns you would like to see in your output file.
