Good afternoon, I recently tried downloading the FASTA chromosome references for mm10 from the UCSC genome website. Unfortunately, the link http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/mm10/chromosomes/ does not exist. We previously used the chromosomes link to download other references (i.e. hg19, mm9, etc.) without any issue. Is there an alternative location for us to download the mm10 reference from the UCSC site?
