Hi, I have been accessing the UCSC genome browser through Affymetrix's NetAffx Analysis Center's UCSC query tool to check on the alignment of their U133A probesets to the genes. I would like to enquire about the different color displays of the probesets and what they mean (for instance, sometimes the probeset allignment was presented in green). I would appreciate if you can kindly explain the display settings. Thanks.
