Hello I am going to do a chip and then qPCR for AHR(Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor ). but I want to know the list of genes that AHR binds to them. I need these genes to design primers for checking by qPCR . some have suggested to use ENCODE. but I am not familiar with it. Can you learn me how to do and if possible record your desktop activity with free version of Camtasia with the name of JING?
