Hi, I need to use information on hg18 HapMap LD Phased track. When I read the schema, I did not understand the meaning of encoded symbols in dprime, rsquared, lod, avgDprime, avgRsquared, avgLod and tInt fields. I search for it on all UCSC help and faq documents, and also on Google. But I did not find any explainations.
Could you tell me what is the meaning of encoded symbols, and how can I get the values from them please? And is there a detailed instrcution about it? Thanks very much!
