The only line that is pasted into the custom track input box contains a bigDataUrl as shown in step 6. The bam and bai files aren't uploaded to our site. The BAM file and index file (.bai) should be placed on a web accessible server (http, https, or ftp) which is referenced in the bigDataUrl. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you in finding a location to store your files. I hope that clarifies things. If you have further questions, please contact the mailing list: [email protected]. The Bam File is less than 1GB and the BAI file is about 6 MB.
