Hi, We have installed UCSC mirror(minimum). We created custom genome and made some tracks permanent. But, when we want to look at area less than 500bp on the browser it does not allow and gives following error "hgTracks object is missing from the response (click to hide)". Further, if we enter area less than 500bp in the position/search it shows only the navigation menu and all the tracks disappear. Any help is greatly appreciate. Priyankara
