Hello, Dr. Tsunoda, Thank you for your message. You have found a bug in the Browser. We inadvertantly deleted the Short Match track during a recent software release. We are working to restore it and hope to have it back within a few days.
In the meantime, I see that one of the sites listed on our mirror page, http://genome.ucsc.edu/mirror.html, is still using a slightly older version of the software.
