Hello Steve (and Rober) - Regarding the error messages while attempting to load custom tracks to the browser - we were able to 'solve' the problem not even one hour ago. The problem was not with either of the files - rather the DNS table was listing two IP's for the name 'usda02.vetmed.wsu.edu'...by using the IP in the track the files loaded just fine.
Thanks for the help in getting this resolved - I'm new to RNA-seq and am following Cole Trapnell's protocol from March Nature Protocols paper, learning a bunch!!
