First, the wgRna.txt.gz in hg19 has a time stamp of Oct 03, 2010, so does that mean that the newest database information for miRNAs from miRBase is not in the file (there have been multiple new versions of miRBase after Oct 2010)? Is there any updates on this track in genome browser that I can get? Second, is there a place I can find a ribosomal RNA track?
