Hi Alain,

There are other tracks that do contain CTCF Transcription Factors, but they
aren't conservation tracks. These other tracks can be found using our track
search feature which you can get to from the gateway page (
http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgGateway), selecting the assembly of
interest and then clicking on "track search". Then type "CTCF TFBS" and
click "search". This will give you a list of CTCF TFBS tracks that may be
of interest to you.

I hope you find this information helpful. If you have further questions,
please email the list: [email protected].

Hi,

I am looking for conserved binding sites of CTCF.
I usually use the conserved TFBS track in UCSC for other transcription
factors such as NFkB by using the linux grep command.
However I can't find binding sites for CTCF.

Thank you.
