To Whom It May Concern, My name is Iris Zhu and I am working in National Institute of Health. I'd like to do some CpG island search in a few organisms using the same program that was used to generate CpG island data in UCSC website: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTrackUi?hgsid=273297727&c=chr5&g=cpgIslandExt I can't find any program based on the given reference "developed by G. Miklem and L. Hillier". Could somebody help me with this? It'll be great if you can send me the source code or point me to some place where the program can be downloaded.
