Hi Amy,
Note, that if you try the reverse query, hg19 -> hg18, that will work, 
since those coords do exist in hg19.

Also, you might find the 'hg18 diff' track (i.e., Contigs new to 
GRCh37/(hg19), not carried forward from NCBI build 36(hg18)) on hg19 to 
be useful. There's also a hg19 diff track on hg18.
