Hi Amit, You can control the visibility settings for each track under the browser image where it says "Custom Tracks".
Here is an example with a custom track: http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTracks?org=human&position=chr7&hgt.customText=http://genome.ucsc.edu/goldenPath/help/ColorByStrandDemo.txt Hopefully this leads you in the right direction. If this doesn't answer your question, please email the list ([email protected]) with more details. The question is I wish to visualize all the loaded custom tracks simultaneously in the genome browser. Is it possible to visualize it simultaneously?
