Dear Sir/Madam, I found the human mitochondrial genome (hg19) in UCSC ftp database is 16571bp, but it is usually 16569bp (e.g. in Ensembl database).
Could you please help me the length differences (in fact mutation and indel distinctions) between the version of UCSC and Ensembl.
